Health & Safety Policy

We request that when a member of our team visits your practice for the first time an induction takes place to cover all emergency/health & safety procedures. Many clients have a small check list that they ask the nurse to tick off and sign.

We do have a template checklist available should you require one.  This only ever needs to be done once with a new locum and then you have it on file.

In the event of any changes at your practice, please notify us at the time of booking so we can update your records and remain in compliance with Health and Safety standards.
