Please feel free to contact us by phone, email or post…we’d love to hear from you! Our office opening hours are 7.30am-7pm and we also have an out of hours service answering the phone 6.30am-10:00pm for same or next day bookings.

We guarantee that all bookings made between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday will be responded to within 1 hour (excluding public holidays). If you need a staff member for the following day after these hours then please call 0118 9668291 for our out of hours service. For locum dentist and hygienist requests please allow up to 48 hours for us to deal with your request. Our dentists and hygienists are self employed and therefore take just that little bit of extra time in sourcing the right person and availability.

We provide a seamless service that will take the hassle out of filling your Nursing/Reception gaps.

  • We want to make things as easy as possible for you which is why we book and send the Locum – all you need to do is sign the timesheet and pay the invoice.

  • With dental backgrounds at Cavity, we appreciate even more the stress you are under when a nurse can’t work. We do face to face interviewing so we always send the best nurses to your practice.

  • Our staff are vetted to MOD, Prison and Hospital standards and we have all Locum Staff documents available upon request.

  • Our phones are answered by a person from 06.30am- 22.00pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! All emails are responded to within 45 minutes during ‘normal’ office hours.
