Are you an experienced dental nurse ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a confident, capable and compassionate Senior Dental Nurse to join our private, multi-specialist, five-surgery practice—with a genuine pathway to progress into a Lead Dental Nurse role.
At Optimal Dental Health, we combine modern private dentistry with a holistic and biological approach. Our team provides a wide range of advanced treatments, including:
• Implant and endodontic dentistry
• Sedation
• SMART amalgam removal
• Ceramic implants
• Digital dentistry
• Myofunctional and airway-focused care
• Ozone therapy and biological dentistry
This is a hands-on clinical role with growing responsibility across the clinical floor. You will provide excellent chairside support, help coordinate the day, mentor colleagues and contribute to maintaining exceptional clinical and compliance standards.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is GDC registered
• Has at least three years’ dental nursing experience
• Is confident supporting advanced or specialist treatments
• Is organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Enjoys mentoring others and raising standards positively
• Wants to make a long-term commitment and develop into a leadership role
• Has the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
