Pay: £12.75-£13.00 per hour
Job Description:
Part-Time Dental Receptionist Required – 2 days available.
We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our busy private dental practice on a part-time basis. This will be initially on a Monday and Friday.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' dental reception experience
Previous experience in a private dental practice is essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident managing appointments, patient enquiries, and administrative tasks
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organisational and computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be welcoming, personable, and genuinely enjoy providing exceptional patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and managing front-of-house duties
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Handling telephone and email enquiries
Managing patient records and correspondence
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
Please Note:
This role is suited to an experienced dental receptionist / dental nurse who can confidently step into a busy private practice environment. Applications from candidates without the required dental reception and private dentistry experience will not be considered.
