We are looking for a qualified, friendly and highly organised Implant Dental Nurse to join our beautiful practice in the village of Owslebury, just outside Winchester, as well as supporting OMÜ – our orthodontic mobile unit, the first in the UK!

About White Winchester:
We are known for delivering exceptional patient care in a calm, welcoming environment while providing advanced dentistry including implants, orthodontics, cosmetic and restorative treatments.
Led by Dr Ben White (MSc Dental Implants), our practice receives referrals from over 35 dentists for complex implant and orthodontic treatments. Ben is widely respected for his clinical expertise and also lectures and trains dentists both in the UK and internationally.

About the Role:
As an Implant Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting advanced clinical dentistry and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

 

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with implant surgery and advanced restorative procedures, including single implants and full arch cases
Preparing and maintaining implant surgical kits and equipment
Supporting clinicians during complex treatments
Ensuring excellent infection control and compliance with CQC and GDC standards
Helping anxious patients feel calm, comfortable and informed
Supporting the smooth running of the practice through teamwork and organisation
You may also assist with some reception and administrative duties, making you an important part of the patient journey.

 

What We’re Looking For

GDC Registered Dental Nurse
Experience in implant dentistry or a strong interest in surgical nursing
Excellent communication skills and a warm, positive personality
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
A genuine desire to provide outstanding patient care
This role would suit someone who takes pride in reliability, preparation and working to high clinical standards.
