About the role
We are looking for a qualified dental nurse to join our team at Pearl Smile Sandbach. You will support our dentists with the day-to-day running of the surgery and help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. This role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in providing excellent patient care.
What you will be doing
- Providing chairside support during dental examinations and treatments
- Preparing the surgery, instruments and materials for each appointment
- Helping patients feel comfortable and reassured
- Cleaning, disinfecting and sterilising instruments in line with practice procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records and protecting patient confidentiality
- Checking stock levels and keeping the surgery organised
- Working closely with colleagues to keep appointments running smoothly
What we are looking for
- A recognised dental nursing qualification and current GDC registration
- A friendly, caring approach and clear communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A sound understanding of infection prevention and control
- A reliable team member who is willing to support colleagues
- A commitment to patient care and ongoing professional development
